HOW LONG BEFORE MY WIG SHIPS?

Majority of our wigs are made to order and typically take 14 business days to process before they are shipped.

WHICH POSTAL CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We use USPS priority shipping 1-3 business days for domestic orders.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive a tracking number once the item has shipped. All packages will require a signature confirmation (P.O. Box addresses DO NOT allow for a signature confirmation).
